What if I wish to return an item?

If for whatever reason you have changed your mind or not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply fill in the details in the Product Returns page. After you have received a response from us, return the item in its original package and unopened within 30 days of receiving the item. A refund or exchange of the cost of the item less any postage and handling charges will be provided. Buyer to pay for return shipping costs. 

Aquarium Kingdom will only pay for returned postage in the case of an error made by us. 

What if my item is faulty or damaged upon delivery?

If the item is found to be damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@aquariumkingdom.com.au within 7 days of receiving the item. 

We may ask you to perform a few tests to ensure the item is indeed faulty before returning the item. Once we receive the item we will test it to ensure that it is faulty and if so will offer you a full refund or replacement at our cost. 

If we find the product works fine, we will not approve a replacement or refund, and will return it to you at your cost. 

What if I have received the wrong item?

Although this rarely ever happens, sometimes, an incorrect item may be posted. Please let us know and we will rectify the problem immediately and pay for all postage costs. 

How long before you process and dispatch my order?

All orders are dispatched daily from Sydney (Monday through Friday excluding public holidays) and within 24 hours of cleared payment being received. To ensure the fastest delivery possible we use Australia Post or Fastway couriers.  

What condition are the items you are selling?

Everything we sell at Aquarium Kingdom is brand new and in excellent condition. 

We do not sell used products. 

How can I pay?

We accept:

- Paypal

- Electronic  funds transfers to our bank account

- Direct deposit at any ANZ bank into our bank account

Can I order from outside Australia?

At present we only deliver within Australia. 

Can I pick-up my order?

Unfortunately not. We are not able to offer local pickup.
