What if I wish to return an item?


If you're not thrilled with your purchase, don't worry! Just email within 30 days and we'll help you out.

You must return the items within 30 days in the same condition you received them, and they must be in their original packaging. If they're not, then we can't give you a refund!


To ensure you get a full refund, please be sure to pack up the items you're returning carefully! It's best to put them in a box with some padding around them, just to be safe.

Once we've received it, we'll process a refund or exchange for you - minus any shipping costs.


Please note that delivery costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.



What if my item is faulty or damaged upon delivery?


If the item is damaged or faulty on delivery, please email us at within 7 days of receiving the item with any photos of the damages. We'll send you a return label to send the items back.


If you think there might be something wrong with your item, don't worry! We'll walk you through a few simple tests to see if it's really faulty. We'll re-test the item as soon as we receive it to ensure that it's faulty, and if it is, we'll offer you a full refund.


If we find the product works as expected, we won't approve a replacement or refund. We'll then return the product once you've paid for postage.



What if I have received the wrong item?


Although it is rare. We are humans, so mistakes may occur from time to time.


If you're missing an item from your order, or if you received someone else's order by mistake, don't worry! Just email us at and we'll get it sorted out for you ASAP.

How do I pack items to be returned?


IMPORTANT! Please make sure to package your items in a sturdy box and add some bubble wrap or other type of padding to protect it from being damaged during transit! This will help keep your item safe and in one piece. Also please avoid sticking shipping labels directly on to the item itself - they can be really tough to remove later on. Thanks for your help!
